Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vysto platform and related services ("Service") operated by Vysto AI ("Vysto", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Vysto provides AI-assisted websites, content tools, and related hosting features. Plans, usage limits, and features may change with notice where required by law.

3. Your content and scraping

You are responsible for all content you import, scrape, upload, publish, or otherwise make available through your Vysto site ("Your Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licences, and permissions necessary to use Your Content and to authorise Vysto to process it for the Service.

Copyright and third-party material. You may only scrape, import, or reproduce material from websites and sources that you own or are expressly authorised to use. You must not use the Service to scrape, copy, or republish content from competitors, third parties, or any site without proper rights. Vysto does not verify ownership except through the domain verification steps we provide; satisfying those steps does not shift legal responsibility to Vysto.

No liability for Your Content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vysto disclaims all liability for claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, including allegations of copyright infringement, trademark misuse, misappropriation, defamation, or breach of third-party rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vysto and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any such claims arising from Your Content or your use of scraping, import, or AI generation features.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access other tenants' data, interfere with security controls, or use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or in your dashboard. AI usage may be metered in addition to subscription fees where stated. Fees are processed through our payment provider (Stripe). You authorise recurring charges until you cancel in accordance with your plan terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vysto's total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Vysto in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid fees.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the platform or other users.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
